Delayed implementation of two LED lighting related standards

On April 2, the National Standardization Management Committee issued an announcement announcing the postponement of the implementation of 13 national standards including the “Unitary Air Conditioner Energy Efficiency Limits and Energy Efficiency Ratings”.

According to the announcement, due to the impact of the new type of coronavirus pneumonia, after research, the National Standardization Administration decided to extend the implementation date of 8 national standards including “Unitary Air Conditioning Function Energy Efficiency Limits and Energy Efficiency Ratings” from May 1, 2020 to 2020 November 1, 2012; The implementation date of 5 national standards including the “Limited Values and Water Efficiency Grades of Water Spouts” has been postponed from July 1, 2020 to January 1, 2021.

It can be seen from the standard summary table that two of the 13 standards are related to the LED lighting industry, namely “Energy Efficiency Limits and Energy Efficiency Ratings of LED Products for Indoor Lighting” and “Energy Efficiency Limits and Energy Efficiency Ratings of LED Lamps for Roads and Tunnels” “, these two standards will be postponed until November 1, 2020.
